 Minimum 15 Year of membership of IPHA
(As per constitution we have a criteria of 5 years of life membership but not to the other one of having attended 3 national conferences. Secondly although committee had suggested 15 years of life membership criteria but there was a prolonged discussion and it was agreed to keep it 10 years)
Attended at least 5 National Conferences of IPHA

| Minimum 5 publications in indexed Journals and should be amongst first 3 authors |
| or |
Organising Secretary of a National Conference of IPHA
|
| or |
Resource person for National Health Programmes at District level and above for at least 5 batches of trainees

| or |
| Principal Investigator of at least two research projects / evaluations funded by State/ National / International bodies |
carried out at district level and above
|
| or |
Served as Executive Body / CC member at National or State Level with minimum three years work and significant contribution to IPHA or Public Health (applicable only to paramedical, nursing personnel, health educators etc). This is to be verified by HQ / Region.

| Fellowship should be awarded during Inaugural session and all elected Central Council Members should be present on the dais during award of fellowship. |
