NOTICE FOR 65th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING

The 65th Annual General Body Meeting of IPHA will be held on 24th September, 2021 at the venue of JIPMER International School of Public Health (JISPH), Pondicherry from 4.30 p.m. onwards. Since it is going to be in hybrid mode, the meeting link will be shared before the day of the meeting.

You are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting.

The Agenda of the meeting are as follows:

Agenda 1. Election of the chairperson of the meeting (if necessary).
Agenda 2. A confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual Central Council meeting.
Agenda 3. Presentation and review of the Annual Report 2020 (including reports of branches and functional sub-committees).
Agenda 4. Presentation and review of the audited statement of Accounts.
Agenda 5. IJPH related issues.
Agenda 6. Consideration of budget estimate for the period April – March 2021-22
Agenda 7. Discussion on Indian Academy of Public Health (IAPH)
Agenda 8. Discuss the policy of the IPHA regarding the current health programmes and policy for the national importance.
Agenda 9. Consideration of Resolution brought forward by the individual members of the Association.
Agenda 10. Conferring fellowships, awards and prizes.
Agenda 11. Confirmation of appointment of Auditors.
Agenda 12. Proposals for date, venue, and theme of the next annual conference.
Agenda 13. Amendments of rules and regulations, if any.
Agenda 14. Any other matter with the permission of the chairman.
