Election Notice – Term 2019-2021

Nominations are invited for the post of Office Bearers, Central Council Members and Editorial Board Members (IJPH) in the prescribed format from eligible members of IPHA as per constitution.

Nominations should reach the IPHA Head Quarter Office at 110 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata – 700073 by 02.00 P.M of 30^th September, 2018.

The nomination form has been enclosed in IJPH Vol. 62, Issue No. 2, 2018 and can also be downloaded from the IPHA website www.iphaonline.org. (PROFORMA-OF-NOMINATION-FOR-THE-ELECTION-OF-OFFICE-BEARERS)

Eligibility criteria for different posts and regulations regarding election are available at the IPHA website www.iphaonline.org in the section constitution.

The envelop containing the filled-in nomination form, Bio-data and Demand Draft should be superscribed as “NOMINATION FOR ELECTION 2019-2021”.

Announcement for Awards

1. Dr. P.C. Sen Best Paper Award on Rural Health Practice
2. Dr. S.D. Gour Best Paper Award on Environmental Health

Members interested to participate in the competition for these awards are requested to send six copies (along with a CD) of the article with a certificate stating that paper has neither been published nor been considered for publication in any journal any-where.

The above mentioned items should be sent to the IPHA HQ office, at 110, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata – 700073 by 30^th September 2018.

Announcement IPHA Bhawan

We are happy to announce that the IPHA Bhawan is now ready for use. Members are welcome to stay at the Bhawan during their official and unofficial visits to Kolkata. The location is very close to the Airport and to the Government and Non Government Offices at Salt lake. It is also away from the traffic snarls and pollution. We request all members to solicit utilization of the Bhawan and spread the message to all concerned.
